Shaped across cultures
Adaptability has shaped both my life and my work.
Growing up in an intercultural environment, I moved across countries, languages, and ways of thinking—from Russian to Kinyarwanda to French.
These experiences didn’t just shape who I am. They shaped how I understand leadership—beyond culture, into how people relate, decide, and work together across differences.
My professional path has taken me across 10 countries and diverse environments—from entrepreneurship to international NGOs, government institutions, and the private sector.
In these contexts, I have worked with teams, led projects, and navigated situations where complexity is part of everyday work.
Over time, I came to see that leadership in such environments is not only about expertise.
It is about navigating uncertainty, aligning people, and working with the dynamics that shape organisations—culture, power, and relationships.
Beyond culture
What we often call “intercultural challenges” are rarely only about culture.
In many organisations, these dynamics remain unspoken.
They surface as misalignment, tension, or inefficiency—but are rarely addressed directly.
This is where my work sits.
I support leaders and organisations in navigating what lies beneath—
the dynamics that shape how people relate, collaborate, and move forward together.
